I am proposing to support a bulkhead from the slab above so I need a drop anchor that is earthquake resistant. It would appear that Hilti HSC undercut anchors would suit but I want to make sure that they are available and also want to know if there are any other options available to me.
Hi Paul,
Thank you for reaching out to Hilti.
For product availability more information is required, including size, material and quantity. For your reference, the HSC anchors are available in four versions: HSC-I, HSC-IR, HSC-A and HSC-AR (please click on the names to be directed to the product pages; the versions finishing with -R are stainless steel).
On the product pages you can select the product size, add the required quantity and then click on "check availability". You'll be able to see if the quantity required is available for shipment or in our Hilti stores.
For more accurate information, or if you have any questions, please reach out to our customer service on 131 292.
In terms of seismic approved anchors, besides the HSC Hilti has other options available depending on required seismic loads and the application. Seismic anchors can be designed using our software Profis Engineering. More information please click here.
