The testing load for anchor onsite testing will depend on many factors, such as the purpose of the test and geometry of the anchor group.

In Australia, we recommend following the guidelines from AEFAC, the Australian Engineered Fasteners and Anchors Council. Their TN 05, volume 2 (Microsoft Word - Site testing - Vol2 - Revised.docx). The document provides guidance on how to define the testing load on section 4 (in case you're looking for proof tests to check installation quality).
