In order to increase the overturning capacity of an existing pad footing, I am aiming to embed a anchors into the footing. this anchor may need to be up to 1.5 meters deep. This is acceptable according to the Rebar Development Theory at 60*d however i cannot find any adequate anchors on Profis with an embedment depth of greater than 500mm. are there any or is this outside the scope of anchors provided by Hilti?

When designing connections as per AS 5216 (anchor theory), the embedment depth of the anchors are limited up to 20*d (d = rod diameter). However, if you would like to have a greater embedment depth for bars, I would suggest you to design your connection using AS 3600 (rebar theory) which can provide development length up to the yield capacity of the rod. In order to design your connection with Profis as per AS 3600, you will need Profis software >> link.
Now, coming to the product part, we have HIT RE 500 V4 and HIT HY 200 R V3 adhesives which can be designed with AS 3600 and can be installed at 1.5m depth. Please note that you will require a piston plug HIT SZ to ensure the injected adhesive into the drilled hole is consistent and free of air voids.
