I am building louvres into concrete walls and want to ensure that the installation will carry the imposed wind loads and is tamper proof when completed

Based on your load requirements and baseplate hole size, we have HUS4 – C (link) countersunk screw anchor which maybe used for this application.
You’ll be able to find loading and installation data in technical data sheet (link). Alternatively, you can also design your connection using Profis Engineering (link).
