Happy holidays to all of our customers,
At close of business on Friday 24th December 2025, our Customer Service and Credit Team phone lines, Hilti Store retail outlets and tool repair facility will close for the holiday break.
Any calls received on our national service line, 131 292, during this time will be directed to our automated messaging service advising customers our line is closed.
During this closure you can utilise Hilti Online, www.hilti.com.au, for any urgent requirements.
Repair pickups and order/repair deliveries will be affected during this time also.
We will resume our normal operating hours, from Friday 2nd January 2026.
