NSW, VIC, SA lockdown update

In light of the latest restrictions across NSW, VIC, and SA we would like to provide you an update on how we are handling the situation, and how we can still support you. It goes without saying that the health and safety of our employees, customers, business partners, and their families, is our main priority.

While the situation remains dynamic, the Hilti Australia team is here to support you digitally. Please be aware that during this time some operational processes may be affected and slowed. We will continue to work closely with our transport partners to ensure your deliveries are managed appropriately. 

Please also be advised the lockdown is directly affecting our Tool Repair Centre and our employees due to its location in Western Sydney. Unfortunately this has impacted our tool repair service. Rest assured our team of technicians, are doing their best during this time, but please expect some delays in your repairs. NSW Hilti Stores are temporarily closed. All other Hilti Stores nationally remain open at this time.  

All the measures we have taken follow the recommendations and guidelines of the local government and health authorities. We will do our best to keep you informed as the situation unfolds, and support your business in any way we can.
