In this session, we will be taking a look specifically at the use and design considerations of passive firestopping in High-rise buildings such as commercial and residential towers as well as hotels and the unique challenges related to these modern high-rise projects. We will take a look at the importance of design and specifications to achieve required FRLs and deep dive into some additional requirements and attributes of products such as acoustics, movement capabilities and sustainability to elevate the building performance.
