In a job, engineer want core drill a 200mm wide precast panel then chemical set bolts to a slab. (Please see attached picture for reference). Can it be happened? if yes, how does it happen?

Hi There, For using HilTi epoxy HIR-RE 500 V3, can we use a normal metric bars with it? and if so, do they have the same capacity as shown in the calculation with it is required threaded bars and gap filling?
