how deep chemical anchors can go ?

In a job, engineer want core drill a 200mm wide precast panel then chemical set bolts to a slab. (Please see attached picture for reference).

Can it be happened? if yes, how does it happen?

There is no issue with coring 200 mm into the precast wall and then to the existing slab. However, when it comes to anchor installation, Hilti cannot predict the behavior of anchors in non-monolithic structures as there may be some bending moment between the structures which can affect the anchor capacity. That has to be decided by the project design engineer.

Hence, in order to design this anchor connection in Profis Engineering, you will have to consider the precast wall as grout (>30 MPa) and apply the forces accordingly.
