CP606 Flexible Firestop sealant

I am infilling the existing openings in a double brick party wall between two shops. We are required to achieve a 90 FRL
The gap or control joint between the existing brickwork and the infill brickwork will be 10mm. I am proposing to use a 15mm dia PE rod with a 20mm depth of CP606 Flexible Firestop sealant to each side of the 270 wide wall (110 b/w, 50 cavity, 110 b/w). page 11 of 25 detail (b) of Warringtonfire report shows the fire side with the firestop sealant installed on the opposite face. I will have a fire source on both sides of the wall with the fire source facing the firestop sealant. Am I still compliant as my fire source is on the opposite side to that shown in ringtonfire report?
