For using HilTi epoxy HIR-RE 500 V3, can we use a normal metric bars with it?
and if so, do they have the same capacity as shown in the calculation with it is required threaded bars and gap filling?
If not, can you please specify another epoxy can use with Metric bars and it will have similar capacity?

From your question we can understand that you want to use reinforcement bars instead of threaded rods. Hilti HIT RE 500V3 can be used with reinforcement bar as well.
Resistance capacity of reinforcement bars will be different as compared to threaded rods as resistance for rebar is calculated with AS3600 code while resistance for threaded anchor rods is calculated with AS5216 code.
Also, failure modes for each rebar and threaded rods will be different.
