My design require a 120 years design life, want to know any product / the thickness of the coating required to achieve that design life.

When it comes to design life requirements, the rod's material selection process depends primarily on the corrosive environment of where the anchor would be installed. Hilti's HDG threaded rods have a galvanization thickness of >= 50 microns.
High design life requirements, like the one you have, generally require stainless steel solutions as HDG products are not sufficient sometimes.
