Trying to upgrade my subscription

Since around April / May, I have been trying to upgrade my subscription for a paid version. Online support wasn’t able to help me. Furthermore, when I tried to email auteam.askhilti@hilti.com, it asked me to post the question here.

Could you please get back to me regarding the above so I can start using the paid service.
