The resistance of concrete blocks and other masonry materials can be variable, therefore more information on the base material and anchors configuration would be required.

An alternative could be HIT-HY 270 + HIT IC (internally threaded rod) and you can refer to the attached ETA 13/1036 for the resistance value with respect to brick size and its properties.
