Pull testing of M12 chemical anchors set into 40 MPa concrete using a pull testing machine - what are the requirements? ((WLL) (design capacity)

We are looking for the design capacity and the working load limit (WLL) and what we should proof load the anchors to and the methodology for that?

We have been asked by our client to undertake testing of 1 in every 50 chemically set M12 anchors on a project - estimate is 40 to 50 pull tests.

We are thinking 30 second hold at the WLL ensuring it doesn't drop by more then 10%

Multi story concrete carpark with stainless steel mesh balustrade fixed to stainless steel cables attached to cleats fixed to the anchors

They are providing the calibrated pull testing equipment - see link https://www.allfasteners.com.au/hydrajaws-m2000-pro-25kn-digital-pull-test-kit

See drawing attached of an area of the job and the reference to the hilti anchor

Please advise if you need any further information
