I have been using the free standard license of PROFIS engineering software for some time, but would like to trial the premium features, specifically to test a baseplate with stiffeners. Every time I click 'upgrade to premium' at the top of the software, it takes me to a page to choose the level I wish to subscribe to, I then click 'premium 30 day trial', and the website then takes me back to my dashboard, which provides me again the option to upgrade (and does not activate the upgrade). Please provide assistance with how to access these premium features. Thank you.

I'd like to highlight that the trial period is valid for 30 days and then you have the option to purchase a premium license or keep using the standard license, which is free of charge.
