Is there a better solution.

Good morning I have recently purchased a 7000kg Vehicle hoist to install in my work shop. The manufacturer recommends fixing the hoist to the concrete floor with Hilti HST3 M20X170/30 Expanding bolts (If the concrete floor is 150mm or greater in thickness mine is).
However after researching this on line several Mechanics are reporting that expansion bolts require re-tensioning several times a year. As a consequence of this Chemset type bolts or Screw in Concrete bolts are suggested as a replacement.
What would you suggest?
I want the strongest option as I am the one who will be standing under the hoist the cost is irrelevant.

Expansion bolt,Concrete bolt or Chemset
