Hilti RE 500 Water Tightness

Hi,
We have just installed some rope access anchor points, M12. using RE 500 v4. We have penetrated the existing membrane on the roof slab, the certifier would like to know if there needs to be another coat of membrane on the anchors. We have used adequate RE500 to create a bead of 5 - 10 mm around the base of the anchor. I found a Hilti test report for water tightness (attached).
