fire collar certification and approval for mixed services

I have a building i am investigating for correct fire stopping the AHJ has identified that the collars have been painted and that this may affect the operation of the collar. I know that Promat have an approved test for painted collars I was wounding if Hilti have the same. this building was built from 2005-2008 and seemingly has adopted hilti cast in collars throughout some of these collars are for mixed services ie data and pex and others are bundles of PVC cable of varying sizes all through 100 mm collars these are not sealed in any way is there an approval for there of the case in collar this way .my understanding would be to use a fire stop bung.
