Countersunk anchor doesn't work with increased baseplate thickness.

Hi, we need to get a countersunk anchor to work under a moment of 7.23kNm and couldn't find a solution. I tried to increase the plate thickness for more strength but Hilti isn't letting me do that. Could you have a look and see if there's a good solution to it? Thank you!
