Hi, Does concrete edge failure to be checked separately while using Hilti chemical anchors or providing minimum edge distance is sufficient?

From your question, I understand that you are looking to mention a particular edge distance in your design drawings. If that is the case, then the minimum edge distance from the technical data sheet should be sufficient.
As you may know that the capacity of the anchor is dependent upon various factors such as edge distances, spacing, concrete grade, embedment depth, etcetera. Generally, technical data sheets provide resistance values for anchors at no edge distances and spacing requirements. Hence, if you have any particular edge constraints or spacing requirements, we always suggest designing the connection using Profis Engineering >> Link.
