Is there a way in PROFIS to configure HIT anchors into the TOP of core filled blockwork?

Unfortunately, we do not have any guidelines for installing anchors on top of core filled block work and hence cannot design such connection in Profis Engineering.
Given that there is no anchoring standard in Australia for masonry applications, Hilti follows the anchor installation guidelines given by “AEFAC TN 09 – Selection and Installation of Fasteners in Masonry” (link). It mentions that the anchors must be installed on the face of the brick. Our HIT HY 270 adhesive is commonly used in core filled block work application.
However, if you still choose to install anchors on top of the brick, we would suggest to perform on site testing to check the resistance of the anchor. If the anchor testing results are satisfactory and provides a truly safe anchor performance, then you can install your final anchors. Please note that this is just a suggestion and Hilti can not warranty or provide any design/ installation guidelines in such scenario.
