Chemical anchor design for piled foundations and edge

I would like to know what the design distance between the anchor and the edge of concrete should be for piled foundations.

Refer to my uploaded image. 340mm is the distance between anchors which will be installed in the middle of a 900mm diameter pile. Would it be acceptable to use 209mm for the distance between the edge of the concrete to the centre of my anchor?
