Cannot find HST3 M10 in software

Thank you for your question, as per your second image, the HST3 size ranges from M8 to M24 so if you are after the M10, it should be in your default options. PROFIS Engineering does however some times filter out certain products or sizes depending on the input design conditions.

As an example, if you opted for diamond coring as the method of drilling the borehole vs traditional hammer drilling, you'll notice the anchor options will reduce by quite a bit as not all anchor products have diamond coring approval.

Are there any conditions you've changed in your design file? Alternatively, if you are able to export the file and upload here, we can take a closer look and advise.
