What is the maximum angle of inclination for a post fixed anchor and is there documentation/ a standard that references this for australia?

Based on Hilti’s internal testing data, if the inclination is less than 6 degrees then the anchor shall be considered as perpendicular to the concrete surface. Since this is not covered in any standards, this is considered to be an engineering judgement.
If anchors are installed at an angle greater than 6 degrees from perpendicular to the concrete surface, then the design parameters needs to be evaluated from an installation, capacity, and load application perspective.
