With 5,000N of dispensing force and a switchable capacity from 310 ml to 600 ml, you have high flexibility for your working range. The combination of a 6-speed dial for adjustable flow rate and variable speed trigger allow for a precisely controlled flow of sealant or adhesive. Furthermore, the auto-reverse function stops drips and material waste, saving time and money.
The CD 4-A22 is fully compatible with our 22V range of cordless tools, so you can use the batteries you have, without the need to search for an additional power source. When combined with a Hilti B 22/5.2 Ah battery it will continue to perform as long as your working day.
Ease of use for firestop applications
Sealing top-of-wall and bottom-of-wall is important for both firestop and architectural needs. Due to its extremely precise control, the CD 4-A22 is the ideal tool for sealing joints against fire and smoke when you need a visually attractive finish. Additional specifications – such as acoustics or joint movement – can be fulfilled with the right choice of Hilti firestop product.
Cd 4-A22 has two interchangeable assembly sets for maximum flexibility
Barrel CD 4 long assembly set
Long assembly set comes with an allen key and screw so it can easily be fixed onto the CD 4-A22 for dispensing 600 ml/20 oz. material in foil packs.
Cartridge CD 4 short assembly set
The short assembly set comes with an allen key and screw so it can easily be fixed onto the CD 4-A22 for dispensing 310 ml/10 oz. material in plastic cartridges.
B 22/5.2 Li-ion battery pack
Includes fully sealed electronics for increased protection against dust, humidity and water. Combined with the CD 4-A22 you can perform as long as your working day.
C 4/36-350 battery charger
Multi-voltage fast charger for all Hilti Li-ion batteries designed to help protect batteries from low voltage and other adverse charging conditions.
