We’ll deliver what you need, when and where you need. Our national carrier services will make sure your order arrives at the right place and on time.
Standard Delivery
- Order before 2:30pm for standard delivery to your location.
- Next day delivery for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast & Perth*.
- Two day delivery for Adelaide.
- Deliveries to all other locations may have longer lead times.
Delivery charge:
- $25 for all orders placed online.
- $39 for all orders placed via Customer Service or Account Manager.

Express 4-hour Delivery
- Order before 12:00 pm via our customer service.
- 4 hour delivery available in metropolitan areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth & Adelaide).
- Goods will be deliveryed within 4 hours.

- Please ask for a quote.
Express Air
- Next business day in cities with airports, 2-5 days for other regional locations.
Delivery charge:
- $50 up to 5kgs
- $70 up to 10kgs
- Quote above 10kgs

Click & Collect - Free
- Place your order on our website and select a Hilti Store as pick-up location.
- Pick up your order in a Hilti Store just 1 hour later during our store opening hours.
Tool Repair pick up and delivery
- Book your repair before 2:30 pm (online or via customer service).
- Next day pick up in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adeladie & Perth.
Pick up and return freight charge:
- Free for all tool repairs booked online.
- Free for Fleet Management tools.
- Free for tools within the wear & tear warranty period.
- $39 for tools outside the wear & tear warranty period.
- $39 for all tool repairs booked via Customer Service or Account Manager, unless within wear & tear warranty period.
