"I joined Hilti after graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2000 hoping to establish myself in a progressive organisation, with a view to building a career in marketing. Having gained sales experience and a good working knowledge of our customer base through my role as Customer Service Representative, I have been rewarded with the opportunity to embark upon several marketing projects, gaining experience in customer behaviour and market potential analysis. More recently, I have received a scholarship award to work towards Chartered Marketing status, with the assistance of a scholarship fund. My recent promotion to Customer Service Supervisor means that I can now develop my leadership skills which I believe will be an asset when I progress into the Marketing function.
